How to do a sim swap online with FNB step by step;
STEP 1: Login to Online Banking using your username and password.
STEP 2: Select My Bank Accounts.
STEP 3: Select My SIM Cards.
STEP 4: The My SIM Cards landing page will display all your SIM cards. Select the SIM card you want to perform a SIM swap on.
STEP 5: Select Swap next to SIM Swap.
STEP 6: Enter the 12-digit RICA number found on your SIM card.
STEP 7: Confirm the number.
STEP 8: Select Continue.
STEP 9: Enter the card number of the card linked to your account.
STEP 10: Enter the PIN number for this card.
STEP 11: Select Continue.
STEP 12: You will be asked to enter and confirm the 12-digit RICA number found on your new SIM.
STEP 13: Select Continue.
STEP 14: Confirmation of your SIM swap will be displayed.
